How It Works

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your digital gift card code. Forward it to your recipient or print it out for gifting. They simply enter the code at checkout.

Packaging & Shipping

Orders are shipped Tues - Thurs. We need 1-3 business days to process your order and 3-9 business days for you to receive your order after shipped from Atlanta, GA (depending on your location and weather conditions). On average we are able to process and ship your order in a shorter time period; however, feel free to reach out before your purchase if you're on a time crunch, and we'll do our best to accommodate you if able.

All orders come packaged in a small muslin bag which makes for the perfect, already wrapped gift. If you'd like us to ship your item to someone besides yourself, please remember to put their name and address in the "Delivery" section of checkout.

Returns

We want you happy! In case you do not love your item, we accept returns within three (3) days of receiving the parcel. The order must be unused and returned in perfect condition, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please email us within three (3) days of receipt at hello@sunstoneclay.co so we can resolve the issue.
